The main thing that I have learned is that the training and changes need to come from BOTH the dog and the owner. We were not interacting properly. I was not training him properly I was giving him way too much authority and autonomy. Andre taught him good dog behavior but also he taught him how an owner should behave. He has only been home a day but I am steadfastly maintaining our new relationship that Andre showed me and Walle is much calmer and better adjusted now that he understands his role.
