I am a serious hobby breeder and exhibitor with many champions to my name as I show my Goldens in both the US and Canada. I adhere to the Code of Ethics set forth by the Golden Retriever Club of America when it comes to breeding, and put a lot of time and research into planning each litter. Since I breed for quality rather than quantity, I only have a few litters a year and always with the expectation of keeping one or two puppies to show in the future. My goal is to produce beautiful, healthy Golden Retriever puppies with stellar temperaments that can excel in any venue whether it be conformation, agility, obedience, therapy work, or any other activity, but most importantly, as treasured companions. I also breed for the correct Golden Retriever temperament as dictated by the American Kennel Club standard and will not breed any dog that has a bad disposition, no matter how beautiful it may be. Bred for their wonderful temperament, intuitive nature and overall character; they are non-shedding and don't carry doggie odors. To ensure that we only breed single copy merles we verify testing of all outside studs or dams used with our breeding dogs since some dogs carry a hidden merle gene, called phantom merle. Angel was dumped as a small puppy in a rural Mississippi town, and left to fend for herself on the streets. A kind woman found her and brought her home, and reached out to rescue for help. Angel went into a wonderful foster home, where she was taught how to give and receive love, and how to interact with other dogs, cats, and children. She has done wonderful at learning how to be a family dog. Angel lives in the house with several foster siblings and several cats, and she gets along with everyone. She is house trained, crate trained, and leash trained. Her favorite activity is playing outside with her siblings, chasing a ball, and cuddling with her foster mom on the couch. Angel will do best in a very active home. She has tons of energy, and would love a fenced back yard to run and play. She would also love a home with other dogs with this same energy.
