ENS should only be done on days when the litter has not undergone any other stresses. The exercises are quick and simple. All you need is a chilled rag, a q-tip, and about one minute of time set aside for each per puppy. Note: ENS is an excellent exercise, but it does NOT replace enrichment during the transitional and socialization periods.
