Around 7 weeks, a well-nurtured and socialized puppy should react to a new person and surrounding in a happy and comfortable manner. Eight to Ten Weeks Old By 8 to 10 weeks, puppies may experience a renewed sense of fear which may be strong, brief or unnoticeable.
