Health problems that have been observed in this mixed breed include hip dysplasia, elbow dysplasia, eyelid deformities, and heart problems. Hip dysplasia is a condition in which the hip joint is not properly formed. This can lead to pain, lameness and arthritis. Elbow dysplasia is a similar condition that affects the elbow joint. Eyelid deformities can cause the eyelids to roll in or out, which can cause irritation and damage to the eye. Heart problems can range from mild to severe and can be life-threatening.
